Q. DO YOU HAVE SAME-DAY DELIVERIES?

A. Yes, all our deliveries are done within the same day. We do not hold anything overnight.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

A. The drivers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-6:30PM and Saturday from 9:00AM-12:00PM. The office is closed on Sundays and all major holidays. If you call outside of business hours, our answering service will gladly assist you.

Q. WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER IN? 

A. Our main area of delivery is Northeast Ohio; however we do deliver throughout the state of Ohio.

Q. WHAT SIZE PACKAGES DO YOU DELIVER?

A. We are a small package courier. We do not make deliveries that are unable to fit into a passenger vehicle or unable to be picked up by one person.

Q. WHAT DO YOU DELIVER?

A. Our specialty is in medical delivery; however, we do deliver paperwork, paychecks, supplies, small parts, tools, and equipment.

Q. WHEN I CALL, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY DELIVERY TO BE MADE?

A. The following status times are for within Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Please add time according to the location for which you need servicer, or please call the office for assistance.
We have four delivery statuses:
  1. Emergency - This is used for life or death situation only. We try to get these done within an hour after the call.
  2. Stat - We try to get this done within 2 hours from time of call.
  3. ASAP - We will get this done as soon as possible, normally within 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Same-Day/Routine - This will be done before the end of the business day, considered to be 5 PM unless told otherwise.
*We try to work with you to the best of our ability. If you have a delivery that needs to be somewhere within a specific time frame, please let us know.

Q. HOW MUCH WILL YOUR SERVICE COST ME?

A. Please call the office for a quote.

Q. HOW DO WE PAY FOR THE DELIVERIES?

A. If you have an account with us we will send you a bi-weekly invoice, and our terms are net 10. If you do not have an account with us, you can pay by credit card over the phone or by COD (Cash On Delivery). In the case of a COD, the sending end will have to have the cash/check for us at the time of pick up. If a check is written, the driver will need to see the driver’s license of the person who wrote the check.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

A. Yes. We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that a convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to this form of payment.

Q. DO YOU DO SCHEDULED DELIVERIES?

A. Yes, we do scheduled deliveries on a daily to a monthly basis. Please contact the office for further information.

Q. DO YOU CLOSE IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

A. No. However, the safety of our drivers is important to us. We ask that if the weather is bad to the final destination and your delivery can wait until the next day, that you hold off on calling us.

Q. CAN I CALL A RUN IN AHEAD OF TIME?

A. Yes, you may call a run in days in advance. If you choose to do so, we ask you to call during office hours (see the “Contact” section).
